These and many other questions related to Generation Z on the labour market in Poland are answered in Cpl Poland's latest report 'Gen Z at work - How Generation Z is taking over the labour market in Poland'.

For the purposes of the report, an anonymous survey was conducted with a sample of over 1,000 respondents, representatives of Generation Z, from all over Poland. Zoomers expressed their needs in relation to the labour market - they told us, among other things, about their preferred benefits, forms of cooperation, or career plans.

We took an in-depth look at the results of the survey. In addition, our research was enriched by expert articles presenting recommendations and comments from Cpl Poland's recruitment experts.
