Barry Winkless CSO & Head of Cpl's Future of Work Institute
Barry drives the strategic direction of Cpl in collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership team. He also leads Cpl's Future of Work Institute, which explores, questions and advises on key areas important to the future of working and the workplace for business leaders globally.
His core areas of expertise are strategy, innovation, change and engagement and he has led multi-disciplinary teams in delivering significant projects for clients.
A frequent author and speaker at international events, Barry is committed to changing the views of what the future of work really means for today and what it could mean for tomorrow.
Antoinette Switzer Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Arlo Technologies
Antoinette Switzer serves as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources for Arlo Technologies LTD where she was also part of the team leading Arlo's IPO in August 2018.
Previously, Antoinette was managing director of NETGEAR International Ltd and Vice President of Human Resources International since 2013.
Antoinette's career spans multiple International and global roles over the last 20 years with significant periods of time spent in the US, UK, Europe and Asia.
Keith McCarthy, Group Human Resources Director, RCSI Hospitals Group
Keith is the Group HR Director for the RCSI Hospital Group with a workforce of 11,000 healthcare professionals across seven hospitals in Dublin and the Northeast.
He has spent the last number of years as an HR Director in the private healthcare sector and prior to that as HR & Organisation Development Consulting Director with Mazars, the global professional services firm. He has also worked with a boutique consulting company for over eight years and with An Post for over a decade; the latter part as Head of Learning and Development. Keith is passionate about aligning people, process and technology within HR to maximise HR value, employee experience and organisation performance.
Deborah Crilly, Director Cpl HR, Sales & Retail
Deborah is responsible for a team of 20+ consultants within Sales, Retail & HR and for the service delivery and talent acquisition for a varied client base including multinational, indigenous & SME businesses. She has experience recruiting and managing teams across multi-vertical markets and disciplines and has managed end to end recruitment processes including contingency, retained executive search and project assignments.
Deborah has 15+ years' recruitment experience and began her career in London where she worked for a boutique City firm servicing legal, banking and financial services clients. She then returned to Ireland and was instrumental in growing a recruitment brand in Dublin & Cork, across temp & contract, sales & marketing, accountancy, tax & professional services.
She has experience recruiting at all levels from entry-level to C-Suite/senior management.
Elysia Hegarty, Consultant at Cpl's Future of Work Institute
With over 15 years' experience in Human Resource Management and the Health and Wellness Industry Elysia has combined her expertise to partner with business leaders to develop bespoke solutions for a healthy and engaged workforce.
She has worked within multiple sectors and is a lead consultant at the Future of Work Institute. She works with customers to build strategic wellness programmes that attract, engage, and retain talent.
